Comments

When visitors leave comments on the site we collect the data shown in the comments form, and also the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection.

An anonymized string created from your email address (also called a hash) may be provided to the Gravatar service to see if you are using it. The Gravatar service privacy policy is available here: https://automattic.com/privacy/. After approval of your comment, your profile picture is visible to the public in the context of your comment.

Media

If you upload images to the website, you should avoid uploading images with embedded location data (EXIF GPS) included. Visitors to the website can download and extract any location data from images on the website.

If you leave a comment on our site you may opt-in to saving your name, email address and website in cookies. These are for your convenience so that you do not have to fill in your details again when you leave another comment. These cookies will last for one year.

2. Terms & Conditions

 

Web Design and Other Web Services Terms 

  1. A basic website is a 5 page website, and a standard website is a 7-page website, any more requirements would involve additional costs. 
  2. An online store with less than 20 products is also a standard website, over 20 products would involve additional costs. 
  3. A standard website plus a store would be billed as 2 websites. 
  4. A basic website comes with 1 free email, and a standard website comes with 2 free email accounts, any more would incur additional costs. 
  5. A basic and standard website’s costs include: 
  • Domain name 
  • Hosting 
  • SSL 
  • Design 
  • Content upload 
  • Security (optional, but not selected at clients’ risk). 

Timeline

  1. The timeline for completing a basic and standard website is 2 – 8 weeks, in which “client’s” input is needed for timely completion. 
  2. A basic website comes with 1 month of free Design updates and Content Upload, while a standard website comes with 3 months (counting starting from the beginning of the project). 

     

    Maintenance involves:

     

  • Domain name (Annual) 
  • Hosting (Annual) 
  • SSL (Annual) 
  • Design (monthly/optional) 
  • Content upload (monthly/optional) 
  • Basic security (Annual/Free with hosting) 
  • Advanced security (Annual/optional) 
  • Tech (Annual/Free with hosting) 
  • Tracking and Analytics (Monthly/optional) 
  • Marketing (Monthly/optional) 

Important Notes

  1. A/B and other forms of user testing are the standard way to know what works, as opposed to working strictly with “client’s” concepts. 
  2. Web browsers, responsiveness, and mobility issues are as important as design and should be respected for the best results. 
  3. 100% payment is preferred before the project begins but alternately, 80% before commencement and 20% after completion. If the design project is not finished within the first 2-8 weeks due to clients’ delay with content, the balance would be required to be paid, and any work after that would also incur additional charges. 
  4. Note: The additional fees for anything design-related after 3 months are referred to as an extension and can be overlooked in certain instances depending on the volume of the work.
  5. Also if you do not host under our Account but we manage your hosting (assist you with renewals), a small fee would be charged for the free features listed under Maintenance above.
  • Payment after reading these Terms & Conditions signifies that they are agreed upon. 
  • There are no refunds for any fees related to the Web development/design package..

Digital Marketing Terms: 

  1. All digital marketing/strategy packages are for a minimum of 2 months period. Thereafter, cancel anytime with clear one month email notice. 
  2. They are billed monthly and are payable by the 1st of every month. 
  3. Packages are designed with keeping in mind Digital Marketing/Strategy requirements of our clients. There are specific man-hours allocated each month and any unused man-hours are not rolled over to the next month. Some third party softwares or marketing expenses might be included. 
  4. The Cave employs fair use policy, which means that although we don’t formally transfer over any unused time to the next month or formally accumulate unused man-hours, we do understand that your needs may change from month to month, and we allow flexibility in good faith sometimes. 
  5. Any extra hours used may be billed separately. Any urgent tasks will be charged separately. 
  6. Support requests need to be sent via email to info@rippinit.net 

Payment terms: 

Payable by the 1st of every month. We strongly recommend our clients to have a direct debit set-up for the same. 

There are absolutely no refunds for any fees related to the digital marketing/strategy package. 

Termination: 

All digital marketing/strategy packages are for a minimum of 2 months period. Thereafter, cancel anytime with clear one month email notice. 

The Cave reserves the right to terminate at anytime with written notice to the Client.
